Anthropology and usability
Serving a heterogenous user base is a challenge at best; but solving various requirements and expectations adds real value to the service we provide. We are always looking for interested and qualified individuals that are willing to take a close look how people live and behave in this connected internet age (especially those not quite there yet). Do not hesitate to get in touch with us or visit our jobs section.
Ambient devices
modernfamilies researches and develops a new generation social network - it is way smarter in connecting people and users and can therefore blend with very simple devices, such as ambient devices. Together they create a social system that can cater for people that are currently on the wrong side of the digital divide. This opens up an enormous market potential based on great social value for our society.
We are looking for partners that develop ambient devices, want to study the implementation of such systems or analyse the impact of such systems.
We are a potential AAL partner - ambient assisted living.
Social mapping / social graphs
We have taken on an interesting challenge - in order to provide a very natural experience to rather passive internet users (the majority) we want to visualize as much as possible, starting with the essence - the network. While there are many types of social graphes out there, none of them works well for families with intricate semantics in relationships.
We are looking for partners in this space, be it mathematics, development, concepts, psychology or scientific validation of our approach.
